The Flavours
I feel the most important thing is that your wedding and celebration cakes should taste just as amazing as they look, so I bake using the finest natural ingredients only;
real butter, supreme flours, free range Welsh eggs, Madagascan vanilla and heavenly Belgium chocolate are just a few of the yummy ingredients i use in my own recipes to make them extra special!
All of my cakes are covered in a layer of white Belgium chocolate ganache before I ice them in luxury sugarpaste, for that dreamy taste and sharp edge, modern finish!
Most of the above flavours can be adapted into cupcake recipes
