The Flavours

I feel the most important thing is that your wedding and celebration cakes should taste just as amazing as they look, so I bake using the finest natural ingredients only;
real butter, supreme flours, free range Welsh eggs, Madagascan vanilla and heavenly Belgium chocolate are just a few of the yummy ingredients i use in my own recipes to make them extra special!



 

 

 

All of my cakes are covered in a layer of white Belgium chocolate ganache before I ice them in luxury sugarpaste, for that dreamy taste and sharp edge, modern finish!

Lemon Drizzlelayered with heavenly lemon buttercream and Welsh Lady lemon curd

Chocolate Mud & Salted Caramel, indulgent chocolate cake, filled with layers of chocolate fudge buttercream and salted caramel

Chocolate Orange, my indulgent chocolate mud cake, filled wih layers of chocolate fudge buttercream and Welsh Lady orange curd

 

Indulgent Caramel, rich caramel sponge, layered with salted caramel buttercream

 

Almond & Raspberry, almond sponge layered with raspberry preserve and almond buttercream. Also available with a cherry conserve for a cherry Bakewell twist

 

Luxurious White Chocolate, Layered with white chocolate buttercream, ganache & Welsh Lady strawberry preserve 

 

Prosecco & Strawberries, Prosecco infused sponge, drizzled with a delicate Prosecco syrup, triple layered with strawberry buttercream

Peach Bellini, Prosecco infused sponge, layered with vanilla buttercream and Welsh Lady peach Bellini preserve 

Cookie Dough, chocolate chip sponge layered with vanilla buttercream and a yummy middle layer of cookie dough 

 

Strawberry Milkshake, light and fluffy sponge infused with real strawberries and layered with fluffy strawberry milkshake flavour buttercream & Welsh Lady preserve

 

Most of the above flavours can be adapted into cupcake recipes 

*Unfortunately I'm unable to bake for severe allergies as my cakes are baked in a kitchen that handles nuts, wheat, dairy and gluten. A full list of allergens can be provided upon request before an order is placed*
